SIE International Students Won Great Achievements in NMU Autumn Reading Review Competition

On Oct.23rd, Nanjing Medical University 2017 Reading Review Competition was held in the Library Hall in Jiangning Campus. Moroccan student CHAIMAA AAYALE finally won the First Prize with the highest score; Mauritian student GIRIRAJ RADERAM and Sri Lankan student MAREETA NELLY DELYSZE OORLOFF won the Third Prize.

These two pairs of international students stood out from the SIE reading review competition and represented SIE to attend the university level competition. Moroccan student CHAIMAA AAYALE introduced her reflections on the implied meaning in The Little Prince and shared her understanding on the connotation delivered by the characters in the book. Based on China's national condition and quoting The Analects of Confucius, Mauritian student GIRIRAJ RADERAM and Sri Lankan student MAREETA NELLY DELYSZE OORLOFF shared their thoughts about China Dream and the significance of education after reading Animal Farm.

The reading series activity of this semester has successfully completed. Let's expect the even more brilliant performance from SIE students in the following year's reading review competition.
