At 2:30 pm of April 26, 2014, the Campus Arts Show Competition of 2014, a part of the 24th Technology & Culture Art Festival of Nanjing Medical University, was held in the stadium at Jiangning Campus, with the subject of “Youth Road, NMU Heart and China’s Dream”. This competition was organized by the Chinese Communist Youth League of Nanjing Medical University Committee, including 11 college teams to participate. Our SIE team played so well on the stage that we finally got the Group Excellent Award and Group Organization Award, which top the First Prize.
As the famous saying goes that ‘where there is will, there is a way’, our SIE students not only won the warm applause of the audience, but expressed their courage and determinations to pursuit their dreams as well. In just one month, our SIE students overcame various of difficulties, successfully completing the dance design, dance classification, dance rehearsal, music integration and costume match. And finally on the starry stage of the stadium, our SIE students conveyed their most sincere wishes for the 80th anniversary of NMU through their magic and beautiful dance, brilliant smiles and heartfelt happiness.
