On Oct.26th to Oct.27th, 2017, Nanjing Medical University 48th Sports Meeting was successfully held in Jiangning Campus. School of International Education has achieved Second Place in Male Students Team, Fourth Place in Female Students Team and Third Place in All Students Group. Meanwhile, SIE student has broken one Sports Meeting record.
In the opening, SIE team was made up by staff representatives and all 2017 Batch new undergraduates. They marched with the same pace, waving the assorted national flags with the slogan of higher, faster, stronger, which kicked off the beginning of SIE great success.
All SIE athletes strived their best to win the competition. In this year's Sports Meeting, SIE has more than 130 athlete persons in all kinds of events, grabbing the Champion and Second Place in Men's 4*100m Relay, Men's 200m Race, Men's Soccer Goal Kick, Men's Solid Sphere, Women's Solid Sphere, Volleyball Relay, Basketball Layups Relay, Men's 400m Race and Women's Long Jump. Mauritian student DANISHTA MISHKA VADAMOOTOO has broken the NMU Sports Meeting record in Women's Solid Sphere which was also created by her in 2014.
In this year's Sports Meeting, SIE athletes and all volunteers have presented their team spirit and fighting spirit, which will definitely be maintained into their teaching and studying after the Sports Meeting.
