III. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
l Medical studies require solid foundation knowledge in biology, chemistry, mathematics, and physics. Studying medicine in China also requires a sound Chinese proficiency. These qualifications were sometimes lacking in our students, making it difficult to navigate through our regular degree program courses. To help our students with a diverse background to improve their basic knowledge in these subjects, NMU is introducing our spring semester preparatory school.
l The spring school is specially set up for our English-medium degree programs including MBBS. The purpose of spring school is to consolidate the knowledge learned in high school, and at the same time to make a good connection for the upcoming degree program courses. It is a bridge between high school and university study, in order to reduce the difficulties encountered by students and to better prepare the students to face the next few years of course study. We believe that a good start in spring school will surely bear a good end.

*NMU will accept applicants into the degree programs including MBBS based on the examination score ranking and the applicants’ comprehensive quality
VIII. CRITERIA & ELIGIBILITY
l High School transcript: GPA> 3.0.
l GCE A-level: all subjects should be C or above.
l GED total score: > 580, all subjects > 145.
l Indian State Board Examination: the mark secured of all the subjects/the maximum mark of all the subjects > 85%. CBSE: >70%. NEET score > 290.
IX. FEES (TOTAL CNY13,000)
1. Tuition: CNY10,000
2. Accommodation Fee: double room, CNY3,000
X. APPLICATION PROCEDURE
1. Submit all materials through online application system: http://admission.njmu.edu.cn/
2. Issue pre-admission Letter.
3. Pay CNY10,000 (non-refundable).
4. Send ADMISSION NOTICE, record information in the Ministry of Education system.
XI. REQUIRED ATTACHMENTS
1. Passport copy with at least 1-year validity period.
2. Highest diploma/degree (notarized photocopy).
3. Transcripts of the most advanced studies (notarized photocopy).
4. Certificate of non-criminal record.
5. Other attachments (such as IELTS, TOEFL, etc.).
