In order to enrich the winter vacation life for the students staying on campus and implement the Ten Ones warm-hearted measures of the University to care for the students staying on campus during winter vacation, on February 3, the School of International Education & Office for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs and the University Mental Health Education and Research Center jointly held the fun sports meeting in Jiangning campus, with the theme of Exercise Makes Youth. More than 40 students from different countries, students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, as well as heads and teachers of the School of International Education and the University Mental Health Education and Research Center attended the meeting.
The fun sports meeting consists of three-legged race, fun bowling, stepping on balloons, tug of war, three-in-a-row and psychological development games. Students actively participated in the event, formed teams and cooperated with each other to play each game. The atmosphere was warm and interesting, and the cheers and laughter of the students always continued.
The fun sports meeting finally ended in a relaxed and happy atmosphere. While enjoying the fun of the competition, students released their bad emotions, relieved the pressure, enhanced their friendship and mutual trust, and strengthened their confidence in coping with various problems and challenges in their study and life under the situation of normalization of epidemic prevention and control.
During the winter vacation of 2021, 90 international students and 20 overseas Chinese from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan will stay on campus. To ensure a safe and peaceful winter vacation and spring festival for all the students staying in the University, the School of International Education & Office for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs has arranged a teacher on duty and a leader to lead every day to accompany all the students staying on campus.
