V. CRITERIA & ELIGIBILITY
1. Applicants should not exceed the age of 25 by the time of enrollment
2. A minimum of HSK Level 4 is required
3. High school transcript: GPA≥3.0 (on a scale of 4.0) or its equivalent

VII. APPLICATION PROCEDURE
1. Applicants submit all application documents through online application system: http://admission.njmu.edu.cn/
2. NMU will issue PRE-ADMISSION LETTER to those qualified applicants.
3. Applicants complete a non-refundable deposit payment of CNY4,500 (amount received by NMU) within the period specified in the PRE-ADMISSION LETTER. Failure to pay the deposit within designated period may result in a cancellation of admission.
4.NMU will send OFFICIAL ADMISSION LETTER and the Visa Application for Study in China (JW201/202 form) after receiving the deposit.
5.Incoming students apply for an X Visa at an embassy or consulate of P.R. China, along with the OFFICIAL ADMISSION LETTER and the JW201/202 form.
Notes:
1.Please be sure to indicate the application number and name when remitting your payment.
2.If a student gives up the admission to our university due to personal reasons, the deposit will not be refunded.
3.For students who have been admitted, if they fail to meet the university’s registration requirements at the time of registration and are disqualified from enrollment, the deposit will not be refunded.
4. Applicants in their final year of study will also be considered for admission. It is the applicant’s responsibility to present all required original documents (graduation diploma, degree certificate, transcript, language proficiency certificate and other attachment materials, etc.) at registration. Failure to obtain and present all required original documents will result in a cancellation of admission.
七、申请步骤
1. 申请人通过网上申请系统提交所有材料：http://admission.njmu.edu.cn/
2. 招生办公室将根据申请人的高中阶段成绩、语言水平等因素综合考虑择优录取。材料审核合格者将收到《预录取通知书》。
3. 申请人在《预录取通知书》中规定的期限内缴纳不可退还押金4,500元人民币（实际到账金额），未能在指定期限内支付押金可能会导致取消录取。
4. 招生办公室确认收到押金后，发出《录取通知书》和来华留学签证申请表（JW202表/JW201表）。
5. 新生持《录取通知书》和JW201/202表到中华人民共和国驻外使领馆申请X签证。
特别提醒：
1.请务必在汇款时准确地注明申请编号和姓名。
2.如果学生在之后因个人原因放弃来我校入学报到或者报到后申请退学，预交的押金均不予退还。
3.已经被录取的学生，由于在入学报到时未能满足学校关于报到注册的条件而被取消入学资格的，其所预交的押金亦不予退还。
4.正在进行最后一年学习的申请人也有录取资格。申请人有责任在注册时提供所有所需的原始文件（毕业证书、学位证书、成绩单、语言能力证明及其他附件材料等）。未能取得并出示所有必需的原始文件将导致取消入学资格。

IX. FEE STRUCTURE (CNY)
1. Registration Fee: CNY500
2. Tuition: CNY30,000/Year
3.Accommodation Fee:
i. Jiangning campus: Double room, CNY6,000/, (Person*Year).
ii. Wutai campus: Double room, CNY 8,000/(Person*Year); Three-bedroom, CNY6,800/(Person*Year); Four-bedroom on Wutai campus, CNY6,000/(Person*Year).
Utilities will be charged according to actual usage on a monthly basis.
九、费用结构（CNY）
1. 注册费：CNY500
2. 学费：30,000元/年
3. 住宿费：
1) 江宁校区：双人间，CNY6,000/（人*年）
2) 五台校区：双人间，CNY8,000/（人*年）；三人间，CNY6,800/（人*年）；四人间，CNY6,000/（人*年）
水电费将根据实际使用情况按月收取。
